Well, I'm sure he doesn't mind, if he take offense, keep in mind that I made an entire thread on guru about a warrior tank that pwns with Gladiators defense, and the 2 sword block skills. Plus I put mending and watchful spirit on my warrior just for +5 health regen. Thinking that it is a good idea because warrior's endurance cancels the energy loss.

We ALL have our dumbs days.

Once when I was helping someone finish the Prophecies campaign, right before the last mission, she pinged her bar (or maybe it was a hero's). It had Light of Dwayna on it. I suggested dropping it for another skill because it's a really bad res. She replaced it with Resurrect. *sigh*

During the mission, she overaggroed a bunch of Sparks and caused all but about two or three people to wipe. She kept insisting that we should have brought Light of Dwayna because it would have been helpful there. I pointed out that--the 25 energy issue aside--we were in the middle of a group of Sparks, and it would have given those ressed no energy and put them a Rodgort's Invocation away from death. The response was a sarcastic "yeah right" and a constant insistence that we should have brought it anyway. >_<

Another time when I was trying to get my ele through Slaver's Exile, a domination mesmer in the party kept running around aggroing everything on the compass, and then fussed at me for being the reason we were doing poorly because "You didn't bring Glyph of Renewal and Maelstrom. This would be faster if you did. You should have brought them. Why didn't you bring them? Don't you know how to play ele?" Every . . . two . . . minutes . . . The funny thing was, she brought absolutely no interrupts at all herself and was relying on Backfire for damage.

Earlier this evening in JQ, I witnessed two zeniths in GW stupidity:

One match: Luxons grab yellow and defend it well. One Luxon (in local) informs his team that the yellow turtle is stuck and to let us capture the quarry. Of course, we all rush to green while three Luxons stick to yellow. After a few minutes, one of the guy's teammates throws him the generic "get a life" insult and spices it up with "ur wats wrong with this world." Right before our purple juggy scores the last point, the insulter says, "should have let them get yellow."

Later match: While holding purple, I happen upon a R/E teammate. I pre-prot him a few times and let him on his merry way. Later, I see him casting flare and phoenix on an enemy sin. Several minutes (and reported leechers) later, the whole match goes to hell and I'm frantically trying to keep our purple juggy alive. He whines at me for not healing him. Since the match is completely over, with 2-8, I get irate and call him out on his stupid build.

His response?

"says the monk with prot spirit lol"

Do you seriously expect better from Kurzick PvPers? I think the line hasn't crossed Grenz for 2 years for a reason.

On topic: Saw a monk bonder in UW on a terraway ROFL.
I say kick the monk and bring an SS or SoS and I'll tank Dhuum and bond, they kick me and flame me. Idiots. Like the PBAoE EMo was sooo epic DPS in vale.

Also saw an AXE warrior with Hundred Blades and Mending+Healing Breeze yesterday in RA.

Every time someone pings a bar with Resurrect in it, I die a little inside. Can't people see it's the worst res in the game? It is useless in battle (25%hp, 0 energy midbattle?). It is useless after battle. Take any other res and you'll do better.

That's why I was the only healer besides the rit that carried defensive spirits (<3). Beat that dungeon on HM in ~35 minutes. That must mean... I'm bad? Wait, What?

However we did wipe 2 times, one was from a stupid aggro from me (That lockpick drop was to appealing) and the 10 Incubus spiked me, the rest of the team soon followed. The other time a mob tried to shrine camp.

It does seem like I was a total a-hole, kicking some one that claimed monks are useless and bring self heals is pro. That his build was a great build for this HM dungeon and I don't know anything about team structure. It's not like I politely asked him to change his skills for more damage.

I wish I took more pictures, the reason why it was claimed his build was pro is.

I've seen this way to many times, but I'm guessing the reason for it is simply most skills (99%) are useless with 0 points into them. A newb wouldn't know that as power = attribute points. That and a reusable rez that's viewable as soon as the profession is switched.

It does seem like I was a total a-hole, kicking some one that claimed monks are useless and bring self heals is pro. That his build was a great build for this HM dungeon and I don't know anything about team structure. It's not like I politely asked him to change his skills for more damage.

I've seen this way to many times, but I'm guessing the reason for it is simply most skills (99%) are useless with 0 points into them. A newb wouldn't know that as power = attribute points. That and a reusable rez that's viewable as soon as the profession is switched.

I can't help but chuckle to myself at the idiots who join a team who don't have Hard Mode. When I get that message in green I laugh so hard.
